Mushroom Saute Preparation
Then let’s put it in a pan with a lid.
Let’s cook it on low heat until it absorbs the water.
Let’s finely chop the onion, garlic and peppers.
Let’s add the vegetables and 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil that we chop into the mushrooms that draw their water and fry for about 10 minutes.
Finally, add the spices and salt and mix.
Serve our Mushroom Sauce hot.

- 1 pack mushrooms (I used oyster mushrooms),
- 1 red pepper,
- 2 green peppers,
- 1 onion,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- Black pepper,
- Chili peppers,
- Olive oil.
