Ingredients for Baked Lamb with Scallion Recipe
- One piece of bone-in lamb leg meat per person.
- 1 glass of hot water,
- 9-10 colored black pepper,
- 1.5 teaspoons of salt (adjust the amount of salt for yourself).

Let’s add salt, colored pepper and hot water. I used less water because I welches using the pressure. Adjust the amount of water according to the pot you will use or according to your pressure cooker.
Let’s boil it until the meat is soft. I boiled it in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes.

Add finely chopped scallions, thyme, rosemary and red pepper on the meat.
Finally, let’s add the hot broth in the pot.

After the meat is cooked, let’s remove the oily paper and aluminum foil on it.
