Let’s add enough water to cover it and boil it for 15-20 minutes.
Let’s roast the finely chopped onion in olive oil until it smells.
Let’s add the flaked meat and roast it for 5 minutes.
Then add the finely chopped peppers and grated tomatoes and roast for 2-3 more minutes.
Let’s add the tomato paste, spices and salt and fry until the smell of tomato paste comes out.
Finally, let’s add the hot water to pass the beans and the top.
Let’s cover the pressure cooker and cook for 30 minutes.
Let our dried beans rest for 15-20 minutes and serve hot.
